To register an account on phferry, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. phferry reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify this information at any time.
Each natural person may hold only one (1) phferry account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, IP addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. phferry employs technical and manual processes to detect duplicate accounts. All accounts found to be duplicates will be suspended and any associated balances may be forfeited.
phferry is required under applicable regulations to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit a government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, or UMID), proof of address, and additional supporting documents. phferry may delay or withhold withdrawals pending successful KYC verification.
It is your responsibility to keep your account information accurate and up to date. You may update your contact details at any time through your phferry account settings. phferry will not be liable for losses arising from communications sent to an outdated or inaccurate contact address.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phferry account credentials, including your username and password. phferry strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Philippine mobile number.
You must not share your login credentials with any other person. phferry will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain appropriate security of your credentials.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your phferry account, you must notify phferry support immediately at [email protected]. phferry may temporarily suspend your account pending an investigation at its sole discretion.
phferry accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Visa, Mastercard, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for most payment methods. phferry reserves the right to modify accepted payment methods at any time.
GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your phferry balance instantly. Bank transfer deposits from BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank are typically processed within minutes to hours, subject to bank processing windows. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.
phferry operates in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) as its primary currency. Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to PHP at the applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction. USDT TRC20 deposits will be converted to PHP at the prevailing rate at the time of processing.
No Deposit Fees: phferry does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank or GCash) may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside phferry's control.
phferry targets GCash and Coins.ph withdrawals within one (1) to two (2) hours of a verified withdrawal request. Maya withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) hours. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank) are processed within two (2) to eight (8) hours depending on the receiving bank's processing windows. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are typically processed within thirty (30) minutes.
To process a withdrawal, your phferry account must have:
phferry charges zero withdrawal fees on all payment methods. This applies to GCash, Maya, all Philippine bank transfers, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. The full amount of any approved withdrawal request will be remitted to your designated payment method without deduction.
Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum daily/weekly withdrawal limits apply based on your account tier and VIP level. phferry reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawal requests above certain thresholds as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations.
Important: phferry reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, a violation of these Terms, or pending compliance with its KYC or AML obligations.
All promotions offered by phferry are subject to individual bonus terms, which will be published alongside each specific promotion. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these General Terms, the promotion-specific terms will prevail in relation to that promotion only.
phferry's welcome bonus credits 100% of your first deposit up to ₱10,000 as Bonus Funds. The combined deposit and bonus amount is subject to a twenty times (20×) wagering requirement before the Bonus Funds or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. The following contribution rates apply unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms:

Activities constituting bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing bets that exploit bonus structures to guarantee withdrawable balances irrespective of outcome, or any strategy designed to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal genuine risk. phferry reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings derived from suspected bonus abuse and to close the associated account.
All bonus offers carry an expiry date. Bonus Funds and any wagering requirements that are not completed within the specified validity period will be automatically removed from the player's account without notice. Players are responsible for checking and complying with individual bonus expiry conditions.
All casino games available on phferry utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited by recognized third-party testing laboratories. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are accurate and reflect certified outcomes.
phferry does not manipulate game outcomes and has no technical ability to alter the RNG results of any game operated by its third-party game providers. Game outcomes are determined entirely by the certified RNG of the relevant game provider and are outside phferry's control.
In the event of a technical malfunction or connection error during a game session, phferry will apply a fair resolution policy. Where a game outcome cannot be determined due to a verifiable technical failure, the game round may be voided and any wager refunded to the player's account at phferry's discretion.
Sports betting markets on phferry are subject to additional terms that apply alongside these General Terms. All sports bets are final once confirmed, subject to the specific terms applicable to each event type.
phferry reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances: event cancellation, abandonment, or postponement beyond the applicable period; technical errors in the published odds; or evidence that a betting market was subject to corruption or manipulation. In the event of a void, the staked amount will be returned to the player's balance.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all sports betting markets on phferry and may vary by sport, event, and market type. Bets placed that exceed published maximum limits may be partially accepted or declined at phferry's discretion.

phferry shall not be liable for interruptions or failures in the platform's availability caused by events outside its reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, natural disasters, acts of government, or third-party service provider outages.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by phferry's negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such exclusions are prohibited by Philippine law.
phferry collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account on phferry, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
phferry processes player data for account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement purposes. phferry does not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties. phferry reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided to registered players via the contact details held in their account at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by applicable law or regulatory directive.
The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at phferry.org/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the phferry platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. phferry may suspend or terminate your account at any time without notice if phferry reasonably determines that you have violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraud or illegal activity, or otherwise acted in a manner detrimental to phferry, its other players, or the integrity of its platform.
You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting phferry support. Upon account closure, any Real Money Funds balance remaining in your account (after satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements or pending transactions) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Bonus Funds are forfeited upon account closure regardless of whether wagering requirements have been completed, unless the closure was initiated by phferry without cause.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, or your use of the phferry platform, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
